ACSF is a manufacturer and distributor of automated material handling systems. Our product offerings include custom designed and built conveyors, manipulators, cranes, racks, live storage, vacuum lifters, ergonomically designed lift and turntables. Additionally, ACSF continues to form distributor relationships with many national manufacturers of pre-engineered material handling products.

ACSF'S commitment to effective supply chain management has driven the development of our company's comprehensive in-house capabilities including engineering and design, fabrication, pre-engineered product distribution, and electrical controls design, building, programming, installation and field support.

Pre-engineered Material Handling Equipment

ACSF is the region's distributor for many providers of pre-engineered material handing solutions such as Roach Conveyor, Titan Industries, Automotion Material Handling, Richard-Wilcox, Gorbel Cranes, EMH-ABUS, Zimmerman and Advanced Lifts. This allows us to provide solutions for your more standard applications like conveyors, cranes, manipulators, racks, live storage, vacuum lifters, lift and turntables.

Specialty Material Handling Systems

ACSF provides turnkey solutions to fit the most specialized applications. From in-house engineering and design to fabrication, assembly, installation and troubleshooting. ACSF is ready to provide customers with unique solutions. Our 40,000 square foot fabrication facility (and corporate headquarters) features 25-foot overhead crane clearance enabling ACSF to meet our customers' needs on the largest of projects.

Electrical Controls

ACSF designs, builds and programs new electrical control systems and panels as well as provides upgrades to existing material handling systems We provide PLC programming, Autocad® drawings and documentation, trouble shooting and start-up assistance.

Fabrication and Press Brake Production

ACSF supports customer' steel fabrication, sub-assembly and part production needs. Our sophisticated , state-of-the-art 175 ton press brake equipment enables ACSF to fabricate customized solutions like specialty machines in-house.

Markets & Customers

ACSF's flexibility enables our company to serve any and all markets. As a tier one and two supplier, the majority of our customers tend to do business in the automotive, fiberglass, plate glass, plastics, food and building products industries.

Although ACSF has served hundreds of customers, the most noteworthy include Owens Corning, Owens Illinois, Pilkington - Libbey Owens Ford, DaimlerChrysler, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Whirlpool, Sauder Woodworking, TRW Automotive and Guardian Industries.
